Location
Our house is located in a residential area, on a south slope, within walking distance (12 min) from the beautiful medieval village of Seillans, near Fayence, 30 min from the beach of Frejus, 40 min from Cannes and 50 min from (the airport! ) from Nice. Seillans distinguishes itself as a "village fleuri" with no less than 3 flower symbols, and as "une des plus beaux villages de France", also an official and appreciated quality mark!
Surroundings
Our choice for Seillans as the place for our second home was well-considered: first and foremost was to enjoy the tranquility, the typical Provencal atmosphere of medieval villages, vineyards, lavender fields, lunch under the plane trees of the village square, browsing flea markets. and wineries and enjoying the beautiful nature in all its southern French variations, but not too far from the sea. That worked out very well!
Unique
The 6-person house shows a unique fusion of Provencal style, a new, luxurious and contemporary design, space and comfort, a beautiful location on a sunny southern slope (L'Adret means: sunny side of de berg) in a largely flat garden, with a beautiful and spacious (heated if necessary) swimming pool, somewhat set to the side: pleasant when the children are perhaps enjoying the water fun a bit enthusiastically!
Tranquility and Luxury
The house is very quiet, along with 7 other detached villas on large plots on a dead end road. It is located on a sunny slope with a beautiful view of medieval Seillans. The house has undergone a metamorphosis in the spring of 2016. The furnishings are new and luxurious. Luxury also means enjoying good food and drink. The well-equipped kitchen, the charcoal barbecue built into the outside wall on the terrace and the large Weber gas barbecue can help, not to mention the very well-stocked supermarkets, restaurants and a number of nearby wine producers. The house has satellite TV with a wide choice of channels in HDMI quality, a charging point for an electric car (this is an industrial 380 Volt socket, for which, at least in the case of a Tesla, a connector is needed is) and of course WIFI.
